Hola my little rascals,
Roxy here! I hope many of you have found adorable furry friends like me to cuddle up with at night and call your partner-in-crime. Whether you are into dogs or cats, I have got some friends that you will definitely want to meet. Thanks to Giive a (bleep) and The Santa Monica Daily Press, I get to help my furry friends find great homes, while also giving you all a little piece of my mind.
However, first, I have a tick I really need to itch. I know some of you think that giving us dogs and cats weird haircuts makes us happy, but I have news for you. It doesn’t! If we wanted a mohawk or to look like a circus freak, trust me, we would find a way to ask. If you want to shave half of your head and dye it pink, that’s on you. But just because we can’t talk doesn’t mean we don’t have opinions. So please, for the love of cats and dogs, just give us normal haircuts that make us look cute and not like we belong in a freak show. That’s all we ask.
Why Giive a (bleep)? Because us animals like to look good too, not like the little jokes that those awful haircuts make us into.
Until next time, my furry friends.
~Roxy

Bambini
Bambini is an adorable purse-size chi about 3 months old. She is a great snuggler and super sweet. Bambini is a beautiful tan color and about 5 pounds. She is great around other dogs and children of all sizes. Spayed, healthy, microchipped and up to date on all vaccinations.
Anderson
Anderson Cooper, named after the hunky TV host, is just that, a hunk who turns heads everywhere he goes. This 1-year-old, pure white stud muffin is the epitome of the American Pit Bull Terrier temperament, a total goofball! His clownish antics and facial expressions will make you laugh even on your worst day. Prior to coming into rescue, Anderson lived a sheltered life. He lacked confidence, he was anxious, fearful, and he really didn’t know how to play. With some behavior modification and obedience training under his belt, Anderson has emerged a whole new dog. He’s like a little kid who is seeing the world for the first time, wide-eyed and full of wonder. Anderson would do best with an experienced adopter who can spend a good amount of time with him. His adopter should also be willing to continue on with his training to ensure that Anderson remains the perfect gentleman. Anderson would do best as an only dog or with another female dog. Anderson Cooper is neutered, micro-chipped and current on all vaccines.
Ed
Meet Ed! He is a delightful, mellow bully mix who makes you laugh just by looking at him. At 4 years old, this black-and-white low rider has a tongue that never seems to return to his mouth. He is gentle, calm and loving. He weighs about 50 adorable pounds. Ed likes other dogs when introduced properly and dogs that are polite. He loves children. Healthy, up to date on vaccinations, neutered and microchipped.
Joy
Joy is an adorable terrier with tan and creme markings. This 10-pound, 2-year-old sweety is soulful and loyal. Joy was dumped at a shelter with her baby and was a wonderful, caring and protective mommy. She is a great snuggler and great with people of all sizes, as well as other dogs and cats. Joy will be spayed by the rescue and is healthy, up to date on vaccinations and microchipped.
